Wireshark is unable to open the attached trace that was saved using Wireshark
0.99.7. The system crashes as it tries to open the file and gets the following
exception:

Unhandled exception at 0x0069ddf4 (libwireshark.dll) in wireshark.exe:
0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x20646573.

This version of Wireshark seems to also experience random crashes while
capturing network traces on our network. Hopefully these problems are related
and fixing this one will fix the random crash problem as well.
