Very sorry about the delay replying. Yes, the original bug was my fault as was
pointed out and again I must apologise for that. As for the further discussion
flags cannot span any of the three fields and the order of evaluation is
options, fname, sname. I know that's basically what was said but I was just
confirming it.
Also, all three fields MUST be DHCP_OPTION_END (255) terminated.
