The screen only shows 150 closed the connection. I guess it happens after timing out.
You'd better provide more details about what happens before.

a dmz that requests info from a machine that is protected. When I try to
upload a file, it is not completing and ultimately times out. I did a
tcpdump from the machine in the dmz to see what was going on and I have 3
